We built Purnell around one idea: when your clothes work, you don't think about your clothes. That only holds up if the clothes are actually available — in a store, on a rack, where someone can pick them up and feel the difference.

That's why we work with independent retailers, and why we protect that relationship.

What we commit to:

• MAP pricing, consistently enforced. No exceptions, no workarounds. A price that means something at your register means something everywhere.
• Low order minimums. We'd rather be in the right stores than a lot of stores.
• Thoughtful distribution. We don't open the store on your block. Being everywhere is the same as being nowhere.
• No Amazon, no mass e-commerce platforms. The Purnell customer finds us through you.
• No within-season markdowns. We don't chase volume at the expense of value.
• A real person when you need one. Questions get answered by someone who knows the line.

The clothes are designed to be touched, tried on, and understood in person. Your store is where that happens. We take that seriously.
