Our Pledge to Retailers
One of our primary goals as a clothing brand is to support and protect our retail partners. In fact we’re driven by the old-school, human aspect of the IRL (in real life) shopping format as our products lend themselves to that kind of shopping. Our apparel is known for being well-made with very soft, comfortable fabrics and an excellent fit. These qualities are difficult to convey first-hand in a virtual shopping environment. So as a brand, we are inextricably tied to our retail partners -- and it’s through their in-person shopping environment where we connect with our customers.
In that spirit, we’ve adopted the following principles on which we’ve founded our brand.
This is our pledge to the retailers:
- We Do:
- Enforce our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy to insure online pricing is consistent across all sites
- Offer low order minimums
- Offer products and services to enhance the “in real life” (IRL) shopping experience
- We Do Not:
- Sell direct to Amazon or other mass-market ecommerce giants
- Undercut MSRP’s by taking mark-downs within season
- Over-distribute our brand in local markets
